Many years ago, Network members began asking us if we knew of other members in our Network who could fill an opening on their nonprofit teams. These requests led us to begin sharing job announcements with our Network so those looking for new career opportunities and those in need of qualified candidates could find each other. Over the years, this simple practice has grown into a robust resource for both sides of the job market and we are pleased to continue it as a benefit of membership in the Leadership Network. The Nonprofit Career Exchange is built on the concept of reciprocity, one of the unique hallmarks of our Network, as it serves both the job seeker and organizations in need of additional personnel.
Job announcements are shared weekly through social media and an email is sent to Network members and others in the broader nonprofit community searching for their next opportunity.
